Keto Chocolate Feast Muffins
Indulge guilt-free with these decadent keto chocolate feast muffins. They are sugar-free, grain-free, and perfect for satisfying your sweet cravings on a ketogenic diet.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup powdered erythritol or preferred keto-friendly sweetener
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup sugar-free dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 175F 350C
Clean and grease a muffin tin, or use muffin liners to line it
You will need to mix cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and almond flour in a large bowl using a whisk
Beat the eggs in a different bowl
Vanilla extract, almond milk, and melted coconut oil should all be added
Mix well
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones and mix them together just until they are mixed
Add the sugar-free dark chocolate chips and mix them in
Fill each muffin cup with the same amount of batter
Put it in the oven and bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean
Let the muffins cool in the pan for a few minutes before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way down
