Ginger Peach Lemonade BBQ Chicken
With this Ginger Peach Lemonade BBQ Chicken recipe, you can enjoy a tasty change from regular BBQ. When you grill this summer, the sweet peach, sour ginger, and smoky flavors will go well together.
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup peach preserves
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt to taste
- Fresh peach slices for garnish
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Add the smoked paprika, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, grated ginger, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper to a bowl
Use a whisk to mix the ingredients together
Pour half of the marinade over the chicken breasts in a plastic bag that can be closed again
Put the bag in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to marinate
Warm up the grill over medium-high heat
Take the chicken out of the marinade and cook it on the grill for 6 to 8 minutes on each side, or until its fully cooked
While its cooking, baste it with the rest of the marinade
Before serving, top the grilled chicken with fresh peach slices and chopped parsley
