Keto Cheese Stuffed Chicken
Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts
- 8 slices of mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 190C 375F
Cut each chicken breast in half across the middle, making a pocket
Dont cut all the way through to the other side
Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika to the inside of each chicken breast
In each chicken breast pocket, put two slices of mozzarella cheese
Grate Parmesan cheese and mix it with almond flour in a shallow dish
First, coat each stuffed chicken breast evenly in the beaten eggs
Then, coat it again in the almond flour mixture
A skillet that can go in the oven should have olive oil in it
Put the chicken breasts that have been coated in the pan
Cook for two to three minutes on each side, until they are golden brown
Place the skillet in an oven that has already been heated up
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the chicken is fully cooked
Enjoy while hot
