Milk & Honey: Fudgy Pumpkin Peanut Butter Cup Brownies

Enjoy how delicious it is when fudgy pumpkin and creamy peanut butter come together, with the sweetness of honey and the rich flavor of cocoa. These brownies are a rich treat thats great for any event.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped peanut butter cups

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350F 175C

Grease a 9x9 inch baking pan

In a large mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, honey, peanut butter, eggs, and vanilla extract

Mix until smooth

Add cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt to the mixture

Stir until well combined

Fold in chopped peanut butter cups

Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is slightly firm

Remove from oven and let cool completely before cutting into squares
