Sweetened Condensed Milk Creamy Rice Pudding Parfait

Ingredients:
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted
- Fresh berries for garnish
Instructions:
Put the rice, whole milk, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt in a medium-sized saucepan
Once the mixture starts to boil, lower the heat, cover, and let it cook for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the rice is soft and the sauce thickens
Stir every so often
Leave it alone until its cool enough to touch
Whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar together in a different bowl until stiff peaks form
To make a parfait, put the rice pudding and whipped cream in serving glasses in a layer
