Tahini Brownies mit Schokoglasur

Ingredients:
- 200g dunkle Schokolade
- 150g Tahini
- 100g Butter
- 150g Zucker
- 3 Eier
- 1 TL Vanilleextrakt
- 100g Mehl
- 1 TL Backpulver
- Prise Salz
- 100g Schokoladenglasur
Instructions:
Before baking, heat the oven to 180C and add a back form
Put chocolate, tahini, and butter in a heat-resistant bowl set over a body of water and melt them until everything is well mixed
Its best to add sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract and mix well
Add the Mehl, Backpulver, and Salz, and mix carefully until everything is well mixed
Put the mixture into the ready-made mold and smooth it out
In a preheated oven, bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick pulled out cleanly in the middle
Take it out of the oven and let it cool completely
The chocolate glaze melts and forms a film over the defrosted brownies
You need to let the glaze set before cutting and serving the brownies in strokes
