Gluten-Free Vegan Brownie Ice Cream Cups

Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- Vegan ice cream of choice
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 175F 350C
Chocolate powder, coconut sugar, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt should all be mixed together in a bowl
Mix everything together well
Spread the brownie batter out in a muffin tin and press it down to make cups
After the oven is hot, bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the edges are set
Before taking the brownie cups out of the tin, let them cool completely
Cover and let it cool
Then, put some vegan ice cream in each brownie cup
You can serve it right away or freeze it to enjoy later
