White Chocolate Cranberry Swirl Fudge
Ingredients:
- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 can 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- Red food coloring optional
Instructions:
Using parchment paper, line an 8 x 8 inch 20 x 20 cm square baking pan, leaving an overhang for simple removal on two sides
Mix the unsalted butter, sweetened condensed milk, and white chocolate chips in a bowl that is safe to use in the microwave
Cook, stirring, in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time until the mixture is smooth and thoroughly mixed
