Cake Pop Pastel Bouquet
Ingredients:
- 1 box of your favorite cake mix
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup colorful sprinkles
- 2 cups white chocolate melting wafers
- Assorted pastel-colored candy melts
- Assorted toppings edible pearls, shredded coconut, edible glitter
- Cake pop sticks or lollipop sticks
- Floral foam block
- Decorative paper or tissue paper for bouquet wrapping
Instructions:
As directed by the cake mix, preheat the oven
Mix the cake mix, eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and softened butter together in a big bowl
Blend until thoroughly blended
Stir into batter, incorporating the colorful sprinkles
Following the directions on the package, pour the batter into a cake pan that has been greased and bake
Allow it to cool fully
In a large bowl, crumble the cooled cake into fine crumbs
Form the cake crumbs into tiny balls and arrange them on a tray covered with parchment paper
As directed on the package, melt the white chocolate melting wafers in a microwave-safe bowl
Each cake pop stick should be dipped halfway through in the melted white chocolate before being inserted into a cake ball
Give it time to set
Make sure every cake pop is completely covered by dipping it into the melted white chocolate
Let the extra chocolate fall off
To set, place the covered cake pops inside the floral foam block
Melt the various candy melts in pastel colors in different bowls
For a bright and varied bouquet, dip or drizzle each cake pop into the pastel-colored candy melts
Decorate the cake pops with edible pearls, shredded coconut, and edible glitter while the candy coating is still wet
Let the cake pops dry and set completely
Place the cake pops into the floral foam block and arrange them into a bouquet
